How to enter. Complete the entry form on this page with your name, phone number, and email address. Limit one entry per person. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, duplicated, or submitted by automated means will be disqualified.

Prize. One Apple MacBook Pro laptop computer. Approximate retail value stated at the time of award. Prize is awarded as is, with no cash equivalent and no substitution except by the Sponsor, who may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes on the prize and will receive an IRS Form 1099 where required by law.

Odds and selection. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the entry period closes and will be notified by phone and email using the contact information provided at entry. If the winner cannot be reached, does not respond, or is found ineligible, the Sponsor may select an alternate winner.
